  • Advise academic staff on best practices in digital pedagogy, multimedia learning, instructional design, and AI-assisted content development.
  1. LMS Administration and Housekeeping
  • Assist the Director in supporting academic staff to improve LMS adoption, maintain their courses, and track course development and completion milestones.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, including course design templates, style guides, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of LMS adoption, course completion, course quality, and other relevant performance metrics.
  1. Innovation and Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current with emerging trends and developments in instructional design, learning experience design, educational technology, and generative AI for learning.
  • Pilot, evaluate, and document new tools, technologies, and approaches to enhance digital learning experiences.
