Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Learning Experience Designer (Presentation & Training) to develop engaging and visually impactful training materials.

This role goes beyond creating attractive presentations. You will work closely with trainers and subject matter experts to transform complex information into clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences using strong visual storytelling and instructional design principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact PowerPoint presentations, training decks, manuals, workbooks, handouts, and worksheets.
• Transform complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling learning materials.
• Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to develop and enhance training content.
• Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Customize presentations and learning materials based on audience and training objectives.
• Use visual storytelling and creative design solutions to simplify technical or complex concepts.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, accessibility, and quality across all training materials.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver quality outputs within tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Presentation Designer, Instructional Designer, Learning Designer, or similar role, preferably in a corporate or training environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Apple Keynote.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of presentation design, visual storytelling, and learning/training materials.
• Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience with Articulate and LMS platforms such as Moodle, Thinkific, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google Cloud AI tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Creative, innovative, and solutions-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
