Learning Growth Coach

About the role

As a Learning Growth Coach, you will take ownership of students' learning progress and personal growth — going beyond traditional tutoring to help students understand how to learn, develop effective strategies and habits, and build a clear sense of direction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on students' individual learning and growth plans
• Guide students in learning strategies, study habits, time management, independent learning, and goal setting
• Monitor academic progress, identify challenges, and recommend appropriate strategies
• Support students across different education systems, including Singapore MOE, PSLE, O-Level, A-Level, IGCSE and IB
• Work with our AI Learning Platform to track and support student development
• Participate in daily student review meetings and provide weekly progress updates
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the education planning team
• Gradually participate in students' academic and education pathway planning

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Good understanding of Singapore and international education systems
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills
• Teaching, tutoring, academic coaching, or education planning experience preferred
• Patient, responsible, organized, and genuinely passionate about working with students
• Strong learning ability, problem-solving skills, and sense of ownership
• Able to work on weekends with one weekday off
