Learning Liaison Executive

Putra Business School is currently looking for outstanding individuals to fill in the Learning Liaison Executive position:

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the appointment of supervisory committee members and examiners for proposal defense and viva examination.
• Responsible for preparation and moderation of questions papers and answer schemes for final examination/assessment for coursework programmes.
• Prepare and announce final examination/assessment timetable.
• Compilation of final examination/assessment results for Coursework including Project Paper and Research Programmes.
• Process resit and grade review applications.
• Handle request for trimester/semester’s results for Coursework and Research Programmes.
• Student file digitization.
• Manage Student Service Centre (SSC) counter and Inquiries from students on examinations matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• Candidates with relevant working experience in the education industry are preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using student management systems or similar software.
