The Role

Responsible for the design, management, and governance of operational standards, learning content, and digital resource platforms for Go Greek’s corporate and franchise communities. Ensures materials are accurate, accessible, engaging, and aligned with brand and operational standards.

• Standards Management: Develop, maintain, and govern SOPs, operational standards, job aids, and supporting resources, including version control and review processes.
• LMS & Employee Hub Management: Manage and maintain learning platforms and employee resource hubs for corporate and franchise communities, ensuring content is organized, current, and accessible.
• E-Learning Design: Create and maintain engaging e-learning courses and digital training materials.
• Video Production: Create and edit training videos and other learning content.
• Graphic Design: Develop basic graphic design assets for training, communications, and operational initiatives.
• Print Materials: Create, maintain, and manage printed training materials, job aids, signage, and other operational resources, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning development, and digital content management.
• Proficiency in video editing and basic graphic design.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, training content development, or a related role.
• Prior hospitality industry experience preferred.

Work Environment

• This is a hybrid position. The employee will work in person from the Beverly Hills office, local retail stores or other business locations as needed, with the option to work remotely one day per week on either Monday or Friday.
• On remote days, employee must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection to support communication, collaboration, and productivity tools.
• This role may require local travel to retail stores and offsite locations for business meetings with vendors, partners, or internal teams. Occasional travel within the United States to stores, warehouses, or distribution facilities may also be required to support operational needs, conduct site visits, or coordinate with on-site teams.
• During store or facility visits, the employee may be exposed to retail or warehouse conditions, including moderate noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures. Appropriate footwear and adherence to site safety protocols are required.
• The employee must be comfortable working independently, managing a schedule that moves between office, store, offsite, and remote settings, and maintaining professionalism in all of them.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

• This is an exempt position with authority to build and manage a team as the organization scales. This role may include varied hours, occasional weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Target Compensation: $100,000 base salary, plus benefits and bonus potential
