About the role

As the Learning Delivery Manager , you will play a vital role in shaping the learning and development experiences for our growing team. the role is based in Makati City Site Metro Manila, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that empower our employees to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions
2. Design and deliver engaging, interactive training programs that meet the organization's learning objectives
3. Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring content is effectively communicated
4. Evaluate the impact of training programs and continuously improve based on feedback and data
5. Mentor and coach trainers, providing guidance and support to enhance their facilitation skills
6. Maintain training records and documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
2. Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
3. Proficiency in using various training delivery methods, including e-learning, virtual classrooms, and hands-on workshops
4. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
5. Familiarity with learning management systems and data analysis to measure training effectiveness
6. A passion for continuous learning and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
