Learning Officer

• Support the daily operations of the Learning & Development department.
• Coordinate and administer training programs, learning activities, and the annual training calendar.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and related documentation.
• Support the implementation of corporate training initiatives and learning campaigns.
• Coordinate with department heads and trainers to ensure effective training delivery.
• Monitor training participation and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
• Communicate learning programs, company policies, and associate engagement activities.
• training facilities, materials, and equipment are properly prepared and maintained.
• Provide administrative support for Learning & Development activities and special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Good organizational and coordination abilities.

Proficient in computer skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Passionate about learning, people development, and the hospitality industry.

Positive attitude with a strong service mindset.

Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
