Learning Operations Executive (6 months) | XY

Job Responsibilities

• Support the migration and development of learning programmes and content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure learning content is accurate, functional, and ready for publication.
• Assist with LMS and content troubleshooting, working with technical teams to resolve system or content issues.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide support, and resolve queries in a timely manner.
• Support the planning and logistical preparation of learning enablement workshops.
• Assist in the facilitation and delivery of learning enablement workshops.
• Perform day-to-day BAU operations and other ad-hoc duties to support the team.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Education, Training, IT, Business, or related fields.
• Experience in LMS, learning content, or learning operations advantageous.
• Basic experience in QA, testing, troubleshooting, or system support.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to support workshops and training sessions.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
