Learning Program Coordinator (Project Hire for Unilab Education)

The Learning Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of training programs, including learner engagement, Learning Management System (LMS) operations, and coordination with internal teams.

This role manages the day-to-day delivery of programs to ensure that all training activities are effectively implemented and that learner concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Canvas, Moodle, or similar)
• Experience in program coordination, training operations, or LMS-based learning environments
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day execution of training programs across all phases (onboarding, delivery, completion)
• Track completion of modules, assessments, and program requirements
• Respond to learner inquiries and escalate issues when needed
• Oversee LMS-related activities
• Ensure learners meet program requirements prior to completion

Contract Details:

• Type: Contractual / project-based
• Duration: 6 months
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
