What they need
Our client leads the way for New Zealand's health and safety for the construction and related industries, helping businesses and workers build safer workplaces through training, education, resources, and industry support.
We're on the look out for a highly organised and detail-focused Learning Resource Coordinator to join our client's Learning & Development team on a significant project through to July 2027. This newly created role will play an important part in reviewing, updating and coordinating learning resources in preparation for a major programme milestone.
Working alongside experienced learning specialists, you'll help refresh and maintain a wide range of learning materials across print, online and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms. Your focus will be on making sure resources are accurate, consistent, professionally presented and ready for delivery.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with documents, systems and processes, has an exceptional eye for detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. There may also be potential for the role to extend beyond July 2027, depending on project requirements.
About the role
You'll be responsible for coordinating and maintaining learning resources throughout the development and review process, including:
- Coordinating the update and maintenance of print-based learning resources, including learner workbooks and facilitator materials
- Supporting the review and enhancement of online and LMS learning content
- Managing document control, templates, file structures and versioning processes
- Proofreading and completing quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency and presentation
- Coordinating workflows, documentation and resources to meet key project milestones
- Maintaining well-organised systems and records throughout the learning development lifecycle
- Working closely with learning specialists and stakeholders to ensure resources are delivered on time and to a high standard
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, methodical and enjoys working with detail.
You will also bring:
- Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills
- Strong document formatting and template management experience
- Proven experience working with document management and version control
- Excellent proofreading, quality assurance and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
- A genuine enjoyment of coordinating projects and seeing work through from initial review to completion
What's on offer?
This is an opportunity to join a supportive Learning & Development team and contribute to a substantial project with a clear milestone through to July 2027. If you enjoy bringing structure and organisation to complex information and take pride in getting the detail right, we'd love to hear from you.
