Learning Solutions Architect

We're hiring for a global EdTech and upskilling platform trusted by 6,000+ enterprise clients, including most of the Fortune 1000. It helps organizations build real capability in data, analytics and AI through live, expert-led training.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Learning Solutions Architect, you work directly with business clients. You find out what their teams need, write training proposals, and deliver live sessions, both virtual and onsite. You also work with Customer Success, Sales and Product on the learning paths clients follow.

We have 3 openings. The core of the job is the same in all of them; what changes is who you teach and what you teach them. You will be interviewed for the track closest to your background.

WHAT MAKES THE THREE TRACKS DIFFERENT?

AI ENGINEERING

• Who you teach : technical teams (engineers, data scientists, technical leads) who want to build with AI
• Your background: software, ML or AI engineering. You have built and shipped production-ready AI agents or AI-powered applications yourself
• Tools: at least one of Python, SQL or R

BUSINESS AI LITERACY

• Who you teach: non-technical business teams who want to use AI and data tools confidently in their daily work
• Your background : data literacy and business intelligence training, with strong hands-on use of the Microsoft stack (Power BI, Copilot, Excel)
• What you teach: practical AI use, effective prompting, and using data to make decisions

DATA ENGINEERING

• Who you teach: technical data teams learning modern data platforms
• Your background : data engineering with genuine hands-on experience in Snowflake and/or Databricks
• Tools: at least one of Python, SQL or R

WHAT ALL THREE TRACKS HAVE IN COMMON

• At least 2+ years of training external business clients (paying customers or government audiences; academic-only or internal-only teaching does not count)
• Live delivery, virtual and onsite, with travel to client sites (travel is covered)
• Gathering needs from clients and turning them into training proposals
• Keeping learners engaged even when a live demo or hands-on environment isn't possible
• A varied week with no fixed routine: teaching, proposals and client work
• Willingness to go the extra mile for key clients

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience building curriculum, courses or certifications (a plus, not required)
• Previous work with performance- or revenue-linked pay
• Talks, publications or an active community presence

WHAT'S ON OFFER

• Base salary of $130,000-$190,000, up to $220,000 total with stock options
• Success-based bonus tied to services revenue
