AI Engineering & Machine Learning Learning Consultant

We're looking for an experienced AI Engineering or Machine Learning professional with a proven background in designing and delivering technical training programmes.

This is a varied, client-facing role combining technical expertise, training design and delivery. You'll work with organisations to understand their learning needs, develop engaging technical programmes and deliver practical training that helps individuals and teams build real-world AI and Machine Learning skills.

What you'll be doing

• Designing, developing and delivering technical training programmes across AI Engineering, Machine Learning and Generative AI.
• Creating structured learning content, course materials, hands-on labs and practical exercises.
• Working with clients to understand training requirements and tailor programmes to different audiences and skill levels.
• Delivering engaging instructor-led training, workshops and technical demonstrations.
• Reviewing and improving existing training programmes based on learner feedback, outcomes and evolving technologies.
• Keeping learning content aligned with developments in AI, Machine Learning and industry best practices.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience designing and delivering technical training programmes , ideally within AI, Machine Learning, Data Science or Software Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of AI Engineering, Machine Learning and Generative AI.
• Experience creating technical course content, structured learning pathways and practical exercises.
• Knowledge of Python, ML frameworks and technologies such as LLMs, RAG and MLOps.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience adapting training to different learner needs, technical abilities and organisational requirements.

We're particularly interested in candidates who combine hands-on technical expertise with demonstrable experience in both training design and delivery.

This could include Technical Trainers, AI/ML Instructors, Learning Consultants or technical professionals who have taken ownership of developing and delivering structured training programmes.
