Learning Solutions Consultant – Data Science & Machine Learning

We're looking for an experienced Data Science or Machine Learning professional to help organisations strengthen their technical capabilities and make better use of data and AI.

Combining technical consultancy, programme design and learning delivery, you'll work with clients to understand their skills requirements and create engaging, practical development experiences across Data Science, Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and delivering technical programmes across Data Science, Machine Learning and Applied AI.
• Consulting with organisations to identify technical skills gaps and development priorities.
• Delivering practical workshops, coding exercises and real-world data science projects.
• Creating and improving learning content to reflect evolving technologies and industry needs.
• Supporting the development of data professionals through technical guidance and mentoring.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience designing and delivering technical training programmes , ideally within Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics or a related technical discipline.
• Strong technical background in Data Science, Machine Learning or Advanced Analytics.
• Experience developing structured training materials, course content and practical learning exercises.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and relevant libraries such as pandas, NumPy and scikit-learn.
• Good understanding of statistical modelling, predictive analytics and machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data or machine learning platforms.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to adapt training to different audiences and technical abilities.

We're particularly interested in candidates who combine hands-on Data Science or Machine Learning expertise with demonstrable experience in both designing and delivering technical training.

This could include Technical Trainers, Data Science Instructors, Learning Consultants or experienced practitioners who have been responsible for developing and delivering structured learning programmes.
