Learning Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning Solutions Specialist in New York, NY. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Learning Solutions Coordinator to support the delivery of learning and development programs across live, virtual, and digital learning environments. This role partners with Learning Consultants, Project Leads, stakeholders, and operations teams to coordinate learning initiatives, manage project activities, support learner communications, and ensure a high-quality learning experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Support Learning Consultants and Project Leads in gathering, documenting, and organizing project requirements
• Assist with creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate learning solution delivery across instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning programs
• Prepare and distribute learner communications, including invitations, announcements, reminders, calendars, and training information
• Provide logistical support for learning events, including scheduling, registration, technology setup, meeting coordination, training materials, and vendor management
• Create and manage training events and sessions within learning management systems (LMS)
• Manage registration processes, attendance tracking, and learning completion records
• Process continuing education and learning credit documentation as required
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and issues to project leads
• Participate in stakeholder reviews and support content revision processes
• Collaborate with Learning, Operations, and Enablement teams to support successful program delivery
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and learning records
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and learning operations best practices

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED required
• 1-3 years of Learning & Development, training coordination, project coordination, or related experience
• Experience working in a professional service, corporate, or similar business environment
• Strong client-service orientation and stakeholder support skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including: Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook; Teams; SharePoint; OneDrive
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and proactively

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience supporting instructor-led, virtual, or digital learning programs
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience coordinating training events and learner communications
• Experience supporting project management and stakeholder engagement activities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
