Learning Solutions Specialist - Visayas Area

Key Responsibilities

• Support Material Advisors in promoting and selling the company's products and services through product presentations, client engagements, and business acquisition activities.
• Work closely with Material Advisors and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Assist in promotional events, conferences, seminars, and pilot programs, and help address issues affecting product promotion and implementation.
• Conduct needs assessments, gather customer feedback, and provide recommendations to improve products and implementation processes.
• Plan and facilitate training programs, workshops, and orientation sessions to support product implementation and adoption in partner schools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular school visits, meetings, focus group discussions, and classroom observations.
• Monitor product usage, analyze data, and provide insights and feedback to support customer needs and future market requirements.
• Prepare and maintain implementation-related reports, records, and other required documentation.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Curriculum Design, or a related field.
• Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree and a certificate of program completion in Instructional Design and/or Educational Technology are also encouraged to apply.

Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience.
• Experience in educational technology, instructional design, training facilitation, curriculum development, or implementation support is an advantage.
