What You Will Do1. Deliver Learning Experiences
- Lead classroom-based, virtual, and blended learning sessions for employees at different levels of the organisation.
- Facilitate workshops, induction sessions, behavioural development programmes, and functional capability interventions.
- Adjust delivery methods and facilitation techniques according to the experience, role, and learning needs of participants.
- Encourage active participation through practical exercises, discussions, case studies, simulations, and other appropriate learning methods.
- Monitor participant comprehension during sessions and address gaps in understanding where necessary.
- Create an environment that encourages questions, participation, collaboration, and practical application of learning.
- Gather participant feedback and use observations from delivery to strengthen future sessions.
- Manage Learning Programmes
- Coordinate the delivery of L&D initiatives from planning through completion.
- Develop training calendars, schedules, session plans, and implementation timelines.
- Coordinate trainers, participants, venues, virtual meeting platforms, training materials, and other programme requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, completion, participation, and other programme milestones.
- Work with HR, business leaders, subject-matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure learning interventions address identified business needs.
- Monitor several learning initiatives concurrently and ensure activities are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Prepare regular updates and management reports covering programme status, participation, completion, and key outcomes.
- Develop and Adapt Learning Resources
- Review existing learning materials and tailor them to the organisation's culture, business environment, and employee population.
- Assist in developing presentations, participant workbooks, facilitator notes, exercises, assessments, and other learning resources.
- Organise and maintain the L&D knowledge base, training library, and programme resources.
- Review learning materials periodically to ensure they remain accurate, relevant, practical, and consistent in quality.
- Work with internal experts and external facilitators where specialist content or expertise is required.
- Administer Learning Systems and Data
- Support the day-to-day administration of the organisation's LMS or other learning technology platforms.
- Upload and maintain courses, learning resources, participant information, completion records, and certifications where applicable.
- Track employee participation and outstanding learning requirements.
- Design and administer post-training surveys, knowledge checks, and other evaluation methods.
- Analyse learning data and participant feedback to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use evidence from programme results to recommend adjustments to future learning interventions.
What We Are Looking ForExperience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years' relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, People Development, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience independently facilitating employee training, workshops, induction programmes, or similar learning interventions.
- Practical experience coordinating training programmes or other people-focused projects from planning through execution.
- Experience working with different employee populations and adapting learning approaches to suit different levels of seniority.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, digital learning platforms, or other HR technology will be an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational and project coordination abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines without compromising delivery quality.

Success in This Role
