We serve students across private and public school settings and value high clinical standards, thoughtful communication, and meaningful outcomes.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Learning Specialist to work individually with children and adolescents who present with learning disorders, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges. This position focuses on targeted academic support and skill-building interventions to help students become more confident, organized, and successful learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 educational therapy to students with learning disorders, ADHD, and related academic challenges.
• Support development of executive functioning skills, including attention, organization, planning, working memory, and self-regulation.
• Deliver interventions in home, school, or clinic settings, depending on the student’s needs.
• Implement structured, evidence-based academic and executive functioning strategies tailored to each student.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and supervising clinicians to support goal progress and skill generalization.
• Maintain clear session notes and communicate progress in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with learning differences, ADHD, or executive functioning challenges is a must.
• Strong understanding of academic skill development and learning strategies.
• Ability to build rapport with children and maintain structured, goal-oriented sessions.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Brickell, Key Biscayne, and Coral Gables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Training or experience in educational therapy, learning support, or special education.
• Familiarity with executive functioning coaching strategies.
• Experience working in home-based or school-based settings.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
