Learning Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Developmentwith hands-on experience designing and facilitating training programs.
• Proven track record independently facilitating training programs
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously, including preparing budget proposals and tracking program execution and costs
• Hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and maintain learning and development programs in line with ASCO Academy's curriculum and quality standards
• Define competency gaps through structured assessment and construct targeted development plans
• Deliver training programs directly as an internal facilitator/trainer
• Build and develop a pipeline of internal trainers (train-the-trainer) to support program scalability across network
• Evaluate program effectiveness and learner satisfaction, and report findings to the Assistant Manager PD to drive continuous improvement
• Pilot and support the adoption of digital and online learning solutions to enhance program delivery
