About the Role

We are working with a lovely school that are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic LSA to support the Primary School. Your role will involve working closely with teachers to nurture children’s social, emotional, and academic development in a caring and stimulating environment. Learning Support Assistant Job.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the delivery of high-quality, creative, and engaging curriculum activities. Providing one-to-one or small group support to children with additional needs. Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

What They’re Looking For:

Experience working with young children, ideally within an Primary setting.
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A relevant qualification, such as CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent, is desirable but not essential.
