Learning Support Educator (International School)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation.
• Support students in English, Mathematics, reading and spelling activities.
• Guide students individually or in small groups during lessons.
• Monitor students' learning progress, behaviour and well-being.
• Prepare teaching materials and maintain a clean, organised classroom.
• Assist with classroom routines, activities and school events.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, students and parents.
• Ensure students' safety and follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Education or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with young children in a school or educational setting is an advantage.
• Experience in an international school is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, caring, responsible and passionate about working with children.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills and a positive working attitude.
