Learning Support Officer

What You’ll Do

• Provide overall support and assistance to students
• Facilitate student coordination, communication, and follow-up as needed.
• Assist in various related programs, activities, and initiatives.
• Support the team in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for students and examinees.
• Conduct Kaiwa (conversational Japanese) practice with students.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Must be a JLPT N2 passer
• Has strong work ethics
• Able to meet deadline
• Computer literate
• Excellent Nihonggo communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Can coordinate closely to Japan Team
