Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a hard-working and dedicated staff and wonderful children who live our school motto of; Aim high… Work hard… Be kind… William Harding School is a four-form entry primary school, but we pride ourselves on maintaining a small school feel within each year group.

Why Work at William Harding?

Our Curriculum is also supported by schemes to reduce workload. As a year group, the team share workload to support wellbeing, in areas such as shared planning, extra-curricular activities, resources, displays and other tasks.

We offer a wide ranging internal CPD program for all staff and have a SEND and FLO team who can also support with bespoke CPD for SEND and Pastoral needs.
