Learning Systems & Analytics Specialist

About the role

This is a Learning Systems & Analytics / L&D Operations position responsible for administering learning management systems, managing learning content, building reports and dashboards, and analysing learning data to drive improvements in adoption and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer LMS/platforms, troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and coordinate with IT/vendors
• Publish and maintain learning content while ensuring quality, accessibility, and governance
• Build dashboards and reports covering participation, completion, compliance, capability development, and effectiveness
• Analyse learning data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to adoption and business outcomes
• Work with L&D, HR, business teams, and SMEs on capability-building programmes
• Standardise processes, improve data quality, and streamline learning operations

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, learning operations, LMS administration, HR systems, or a related role
• Experience administering or supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS), including user management, course enrolment, content publishing, and issue resolution
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in preparing dashboards, reports, and data analysis
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate learning data into meaningful insights and recommendations
• Experience managing learning content, records, and data while maintaining accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and process governance
• Good understanding of learning and development processes, training administration, and capability-building initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, L&D teams, IT, vendors, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts
• Willing to work in a HYBRID Set up at BGC, Taguig
• Willing to work in a DAYSHIFT Schedule
