Lease Admin Analyst

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Lease Admin Analyst with our commercial real estate client Remote. This is a 4-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.03/hr ; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Schedule: 8-5 EST | Remote

Description: As a Lease Administation Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting reconciliations for small to medium-sized clients to ensure operating expenses follow lease terms.

Resource's typical working day:

• Handle all of the clients lease administration
• Handle amendments, finances, invoices, rent payment, process in workflow system Salesforce
• Receiving invoices, notices, questions about square footage, addresses, dates. Understanding everything from inception of lease

Must Have Skills:

• Need to have been in a lease admin role previously to understand depth of requirements and what the job duties are
• Basic accounts payable
• Salesforce experience- everything is done through Salesforce so need to have familiarity- understanding what it does- please highlight on resume
• Need to be able to work remotely

Nice to have skills:

• Any costar or MRI or Cernix would be nice to have or any lease admin database
• Critical thinker

Years of Experience:

• No less than 3 years of experience

Education:

• HM is open

Software skills:

• Salesforce, Lease admin database, PDF, MS office suite
