Lease Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of lease documentation which includes preparing and checking lease documents
• Checking and activating contracts, updating and maintain the tenancy schedule and monthly reports for submission.
• Track security deposit, monitor submission of sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants as well as other administrative duties as may be assigned.
• Maintaining the leasing & marketing databases and handle leasing enquiries.
• Provide support for meetings and preparation of reports and minutes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Oversee maintenance of database ensuring all data is accurately classified, approved and processed
• Provide ad hoc reports and participate in ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Property Development/Real Estate Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in handling lease administration in Property Development Industry.
• Required skill(s) MS Office
• Attention to detail.
• Good in documentation and filing
• Able to multi-task, well organized, excellent in time management with good follow-up skills.
• Good communication skills.
