We’re hiring a Lease Administrator for our client, an established commercial real estate firm in Needham, MA. This is a detail-driven role with real operational impact, ideal for someone who enjoys ownership and being the go-to expert on lease information.

What you’ll do:

• Abstract new and amended retail/commercial leases into Yardi with a high level of accuracy
• Track critical dates: rent commencements, options, renewals, expirations, and termination rights
• Monitor tenant compliance (COIs, use clauses, reporting) and prepare tenant notices
• Partner with Accounting and Property Management to ensure rent, percentage rent, CAM, and escalations are billed correctly
• Support rent collection, delinquency tracking, and CAM reconciliations
• Produce rent rolls, expiration reports, and lease summaries; support due diligence for refinancings, acquisitions, and audits

What you bring:

• 2–3 years of commercial real estate lease administration experience
• Hands-on Yardi experience
• Strong knowledge of retail lease structures, amendments, and key provisions
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio
• Proficiency in Excel and document management systems
