Summary The Lease Servicer is responsible for performing routine loan servicing and administrative functions related to lease accounts. This role ensures accurate processing of transactions, maintenance of account records, and resolution of member, vendor, and internal inquiries in compliance with established policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of loan servicing or related experience required
• Working knowledge of loan servicing systems, such as DNA, preferred
• Understanding of payment processing and transaction management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Job Responsibilities

• Process lease account transactions, including payments, payoffs, disbursements, and account adjustments
• Verify accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation
• Research and resolve member inquiries, complaints, and account discrepancies
• Process total loss insurance proceeds and submit GAP claims to designated vendors
• Post and reconcile residual values; investigate and resolve related general ledger discrepancies
• Process lease extensions in accordance with vendor guidelines
• Serve as a point of contact for auto finance partners; respond to requests for account information, including balances, payments, and fees
• Support title maintenance activities utilizing Vitu or equivalent systems
• Maintain accurate electronic records and system updates
• Assist in the development and documentation of departmental procedures
• Provide escalated support to internal teams, including branches and call center
• Work with Fusion on collections of vehicles past maturity date.
• Performs other duties as needed upon request of immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00 per hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
