As we grow, we’re seeking people to join our team and be part of this exciting retail project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update lease filing system and records.
• Ensure landlords and tenants are following the agreed lease terms.
• Handle general enquiries and collaborate closely with leasing manager.
• Ensure completion of all requirements by tenants before opening (e.g. deposits, documents, approvals).
• Assist in lease expiry procedures (e.g. stop trading, clear payments).
• Support Finance team in tracking rental payments and reducing outstanding debts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in Leasing Administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
