Key Responsibilities:
In charge of data entry and document filing

Handling of incoming call and providing customer service

Responsible for all the data record accuracy in the ERP & CRM

Liaising with vendors, suppliers & partners for administrative & payment arrangement

Assist with sales admin processes

Coordinating with inter-department for day-to-day work

Handling the latest modern Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

REQUIREMENT

Min qualification diploma with 3 years’ experience in admin

Similar experience in the automotive industry and booking keep experience are an advantage

Strong computer skill, including Microsoft Word, Excel (VLOOKUP).

Strong in English, able to write, type and speak

Fast in respond and able to work in fast-paced environment
