While 2–5 years of residential leasing or property management experience is preferred, we believe attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are just as important. As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first impression of our communities—helping prospective residents find their next home while providing exceptional service from their first inquiry through move-in.

What You'll Do

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct professional tours of available apartments.
• Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, and online rental platforms.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing.
• Prepare and complete lease agreements and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor pricing, and occupancy trends.
• Build positive relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance and site teams to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
• Meet leasing goals while maintaining high occupancy across the portfolio.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, resident events, and retention programs.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of residential leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience is preferred.
• We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Sales-minded with the ability to build rapport and close rentals.
• Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning property management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
