Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person to understand their housing needs and preferences.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to generate interest and excitement.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental offers confidently while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and industry standards.
• Manage real estate transactions from initial inquiry through lease signing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Utilize sales technology adoption tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions effectively.
• Stay informed about current industry trends, local market analysis, and competitive offerings to provide clients with expert advice.
• Build lasting client rapport through exceptional customer service, clear communication, and professional presentation skills.
• Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate property availability, maintenance requests, and leasing activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property management; residential real estate transactions experience is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with sales technology adoption platforms.
• Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and managing real estate transactions ensures transparency and compliance.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with administrative experience supporting leasing or sales operations.
• Ability to analyze the real estate market effectively and stay updated on industry trends for strategic decision-making.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for practicing real estate ethically while building client trust.
