PROPERTY ALLIANCE
Leasing Agent
Denver Metro, Colorado · Full-Time · Field-Based
Territory: Brighton to Centennial
$20.00 – $24.00 per hour, plus leasing and renewal bonuses
ABOUT PROPERTY ALLIANCE
Property Alliance is a growing residential and commercial property management company serving Denver, Colorado Springs, Oklahoma City and surrounding markets. We manage a diverse portfolio of multifamily, residential and commercial assets with a focus on operational excellence, value creation, and scalable growth.
We are building a high-performance organization and are looking for people who raise the standard of our team, strengthen accountability, and drive consistent results across the portfolio.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Leasing Agent to serve as the face of Property Alliance in the Denver market. This is a resident-facing role responsible for filling vacancies, driving renewals, and building the relationships that keep our communities occupied and our residents satisfied.
You will own the leasing pipeline from first inquiry through move-in — touring prospects, maintaining an accurate and compelling online marketing presence, processing applications and paperwork with precision, and supporting day-to-day office operations and resident requests along the way. You set the tone for how residents experience Property Alliance.
This role covers a territory spanning Brighton to Centennial, so you should expect regular travel between properties across the Denver metro.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Show properties to prospective residents and conduct tours across the territory.
- Track and follow up on guest cards, keeping every prospect touchpoint documented.
- Deliver demand notices to residents as directed, following all applicable notice requirements.
- Conduct pre-move-in inspections and document unit condition before handoff.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date online marketing profiles and listings.
- Process application.
- Support day-to-day office operations and respond to resident requests as needed.
OUTCOMES WE'LL EXPECT
- Maintain the leasing pipeline daily, with notes and status changes logged in AppFolio for every inquiry.
- Walk 100% of vacant apartments prior to move-in and report any issues within 24 hours.
COMPETENCIES YOU'LL NEED
- Organizational Skills: Plans and delegates effectively, with excellent time management and the ability to prioritize work to meet every deadline.
- Customer Service: Exceeds resident expectations, delivers proactive support, and goes the extra mile to build genuine connections.
- Bias for Action: Takes initiative with limited oversight. Operates with urgency and efficiency — the faster we move, the more we learn, and the more value we create.
- Adaptability: Unafraid of ambiguity. Embraces change, reacts quickly, and motivates others to do the same.
- Teamwork: Reaches out to peers and cooperates with supervisors to build an overall collaborative working relationship.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 1 year of industry experience
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A reliable smartphone for use during the workday
- Willingness to travel between properties from Brighton to Centennial
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
A plus: Spanish-language fluency.
BENEFITS
- Paid time off
- Paid holidays
- Leasing and renewal bonus program
