Leasing Agent (Part-Time / Off-Hours) – Hartford, CT

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Leasing Agent to support our leasing team during off-hours—including early mornings, evenings, and weekends—in the Hartford area. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on flexibility, enjoys working with people, and is looking to grow in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property showings during early morning, evening, and weekend hours.
• Assist prospective tenants with questions, applications, and the leasing process.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with renters and property owners.
• Handle administrative tasks related to leasing, applications, and tenant communication.
• Ensure professionalism and compliance with Fair Housing guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• Real estate or leasing experience preferred (but not required if highly motivated).
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and respond quickly to leads.
• Flexible availability outside of regular business hours (early mornings, late evenings, weekends).
• Active CT Real Estate License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
