Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective residents with inquiries and property tours.
• Conduct property showings and highlight the features and benefits of our communities.
• Process rental applications and perform background checks.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure high occupancy rates.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address any concerns promptly.
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings.
• Assist in implementing innovative marketing strategies including UB marketing efforts, sports marketing initiatives, and guerrilla marketing tactics to attract and engage potential tenants
• Collaborate with the team to create and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and leasing success

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; real estate license preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with property management software is a plus.
• Valid ID required
• Reliable Transportation required
• This position is primarily Monday through Friday; however, occasional Saturday hours may be required to accommodate resident and prospective resident needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
