About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, providing strong earning potential for driven individuals. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and comfortable working independently while delivering exceptional service to prospective tenants.
Work Schedule
- Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Showings: You will be required to conduct property showings whenever they are scheduled. Showings may occasionally extend beyond standard office hours depending on prospect availability.
Flexibility is essential to accommodate scheduled tours and prospective tenant needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Follow up with prospects to secure applications and leases
- Process rental applications and assist with lease preparation
- Maintain accurate records of leads and leasing activity
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process
- Coordinate with property management regarding availability and move-ins
Qualifications
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation (if required for property showings)
- Basic computer proficiency
