Responsibilities

• Greet prospective tenants warmly and conduct property tours that highlight key features and benefits
• Effectively communicate rental terms, lease agreements, and property policies to clients
• Negotiate lease offers with clients, ensuring fair housing regulations are upheld while securing favorable terms
• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from initial inquiry to deal closing, including application processing and documentation
• Utilize sales technology adoption tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions
• Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and local market conditions
• Collaborate with management and leasing teams to develop marketing strategies that attract qualified tenants
• Maintain organized records of leasing activities, client communications, and administrative documentation using Microsoft Office tools
• Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and uphold high standards of customer service at all times

Experience

• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing roles, preferably within residential property markets
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closing
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable
• Familiarity with managing real estate transactions from start to finish with attention to detail
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales technology platforms
• Demonstrated ability to analyze the real estate market and industry trends effectively
• Administrative experience supporting leasing or sales teams with organizational skills that ensure smooth operations
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and practicing ethical real estate practices

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
