We’re currently seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Leasing Agent to help lease units across our residential apartment portfolio. Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Leasing Agent, you’ll play a key role in helping prospective tenants find their next home. You'll assist with showing apartments, managing leads, and guiding applicants through the leasing process. This is a commission-only position, ideal for someone looking to break into the real estate industry and grow with a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to rental inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Schedule and conduct property showings with prospective tenants.
• Market available rental units through listing sites and social media.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process, including applications and lease execution.
• Coordinate with the property management team to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
• Maintain organized records of leads, appointments, and application statuses.

Qualifications:

• No real estate license or prior experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule independently.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills required.

Compensation:
Commission-based only — no hourly wage or salary.
Estimated earnings: $50,000 – $100,000+ per year, based on performance. High performers have significant income potential, with no commission cap.
