Leasing Agent – Now Hiring!- Join Our Property Management Team!

Are you a people person with strong sales and customer service skills? Are you organized, motivated, and ready to grow your career in property management?

We are looking for a motivated and professional Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident working with people, enjoys sales, follows through on tasks, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and qualify prospective residents
• Conduct property tours and showcase the community
• Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments
• Generate leads and close leases
• Process rental applications and assist with screening
• Prepare new leases and renewals and ensure paperwork is accurate and complete
• Build positive relationships with current residents and assist with resident retention
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documenting damages
• Assist with collections and processing rental payments
• Assist with property marketing and outreach
• Conduct property walks and identify maintenance needs
• Enter and follow up on maintenance work orders
• Help ensure units and common areas are properly maintained
• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations and other duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident and professional personality
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and days

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
