Leasing Agent / Building Administrator

Location: Lindsay, Ontario

We are seeking a professional, organized, and personable Leasing Agent / Building Administrator to join the team at a brand-new rental development in Lindsay, Ontario . This position will play an important role in the leasing of new units while also supporting the day-to-day administration and operation of the building.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to prospective tenant inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units and amenities
• Market available units and generate leasing opportunities
• Process rental applications and assist with lease agreements
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and tenant communications
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents
• Respond to tenant questions, concerns, and service requests
• Maintain accurate tenant, leasing, and building records
• Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with contractors and service providers
• Monitor common areas and report maintenance or operational concerns
• Assist with the day-to-day administration and operation of the building
• Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing, property management, building administration, sales, or customer service is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Professional, approachable, and customer-service oriented
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Real estate or property management experience is an asset
