Leasing Agent

Company Overview
We are a dynamic property management team seeking a Bi-Lingual Leasing Agent (English/Spanish preferred) to join our on-site community staff. Our goal is to create an exceptional living experience for residents and prospects.

Role Summary
The Leasing Consultant is a key member of our onsite community team, marketing and leasing apartments to prospective residents while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the lease process and beyond. You will help create a positive and lasting impression on everyone who visits our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all applications from start to finish.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections; prepare move-out packets and documents.
• Marketing (training included)
• Show apartments to prospective residents and explain lease terms.
• Monitor leasing activity and occupancy; recommend specials, promotions, or advertising to drive leasing and rent growth.
• Maintain accurate resident records and process new resident files.
• Assist with tenant complaints and resolve conflicts when applicable.
• Resident relations as needed.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of property management experience preferred. (open to training)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
