We are looking for a Financial Reporting Executive to support our accounting and finance functions, as we continue to expand our property portfolio. You are a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for accuracy and a strong sense of ownership in your work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Promote and sell Dash Living's co-living products and services to customers according to their needs.
• Schedule a viewing and coordinate with the local team off-shore.
• Maintain and expand customer database (lead generation, referrals, etc.)
• Develop strategies and suggest ways to improve sales and ensure monthly KPIs are hit.
• Handle inquiries from potential clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services.
• Provide assistance and support to the Team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Ready to work remotely from home.
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience (hotel industry experience will be an advantage).
• Sharp analytical skills coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able or flexible to work on shifting schedules
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Possess a "can do" attitude.
• Fast learner and Self Starter
• Has at least 1- 2 years experience with sales/retail/hospitality or any other related field.
