Leasing Agent

Position Description

We are looking for a full-time on-site Leasing Agent in St. Petersburg, FL who has extraordinary energy, attitude, attention to detail, and communication skills. We need someone who has the desire to work hard, excel, and grow within a great company.

The Leasing Agent’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: marketing, leasing, and managing apartments in the Culture Property Management portfolio. Daily activities will include communicating with and showing units to potential tenants, screening applicants, preparing lease agreements, collecting rent, creating and managing online listings and media, local business outreach, managing tenants, coordinating with team members, and assisting with property management tasks on AppFolio Property Manager.

Work hours: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, and select weekends

Hourly wage: $18-20/hour

Overtime: Available, and encouraged

Incentive structure: Opportunity to earn an additional $15,000-$20,000 in monthly and quarterly performance bonuses.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
