Currently looking for a Leasing Agent in Edinburg TX
Responsibilities:
Post Ads for marketing
Show units to prospects and follow up with them to retain business
Process all applications and perform move-in paperwork
Update all information in software system daily
Input and close out work orders
Maintain the appearance of property
Collect rent payments
Lease Renewals
Requirements:
Must have Valid ID
Must be a self-starter
must have basic or better computer skills
must be able to work quickly and efficiently
must have great customer service skills
must pass credit and background check
Business hours are Monday - Friday 8 Am-5 PM on call in case of emergencies
