Join our dynamic team as a Leasing Agent and become a vital part of our vibrant real estate community! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face and expert negotiator guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process, showcasing properties, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to move-in. Your enthusiasm for real estate, combined with exceptional communication skills and a knack for customer service, will drive successful lease agreements and foster lasting client relationships. This position is 100% commission-based with no guaranteed base salary.

We offer prime property locations throughout the Tampa area, providing excellent leasing opportunities. To help you get started, we provide initial leads to support your success. This is a commission-based position, offering $1,000 for every successfully secured lease with a contract term of 12 months or longer.

Duties

• Greet prospective tenants warmly and provide comprehensive property tours to highlight features and benefits
• Effectively communicate property details, leasing terms, and community amenities to prospective clients
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and move-in conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements
• Manage real estate transactions efficiently using customer relationship management (CRM) systems supported by our industry-leading sales technology
• Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current industry trends, competitive offerings, and local market conditions
• Promote available properties through marketing strategies including digital platforms, social media, and community outreach
• Maintain thorough records of client interactions, lease agreements, and transaction details in compliance with Fair Housing regulations

Experience

• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing roles with a strong focus on customer service and client rapport building
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
• Familiarity with managing real estate transactions from initial inquiry to lease signing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks and reporting
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
• Knowledge of residential real estate transactions, industry trends, and fair housing regulations is essential
• Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple client files simultaneously
• Previous administrative experience supporting real estate teams or property management operations is preferred
