We're a privately owned real estate investment and management group with a diverse portfolio of apartments, mobile home parks, retail properties and single-family homes.

We're looking for a leasing agent who has drive, grit and the motivation to succeed. Someone who doesn't just wait for the phone to ring but actively finds tenants, follows up on leads and comes up with creative ways to get properties leased.

This isn't a position for someone who just wants to collect a paycheck. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys sales and wants to grow with our organization.

What You'll Do

• Actively generate leads and find new ways to attract prospective tenants.
• Market available properties through online listings, social media, local outreach and creative leasing strategies.
• Respond to inquiries, follow up consistently and turn prospects into signed leases.
• Conduct property tours and confidently close prospective tenants.
• Build relationships with local businesses, employers and relocation contacts to generate referrals.
• Track leads, occupancy, leasing activity and conversion rates.
• Work with our management team to improve leasing performance across the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to increase occupancy and rental income.

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated, hardworking and results-driven.
• Strong sales instincts and the confidence to close deals.
• Creative problem-solver who takes initiative without being asked.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Organized, dependable and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Leasing, real estate, marketing or sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable using technology, social media and leasing software.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
