• Engage with clients in multiple languages or bilingually to accommodate diverse customer needs and build strong rapport.
• Conduct property tours, providing detailed information about features, amenities, and lease terms to prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms confidently while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws.
• Manage real estate transactions from initial inquiry to deal closing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems supported by technology to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate move-ins, lease renewals, and tenant communications for smooth operations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, local market analysis, and changes in the real estate offer negotiation landscape to provide clients with current insights.
• Maintain organized records of all leasing activities, administrative tasks, and legal documentation related to residential real estate transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building lasting client relationships through effective communication skills and personalized attention.

Experience

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property management, particularly within residential leasing environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing real estate transactions from start to finish with a focus on deal closing.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with a solid understanding of real estate law and offer negotiation strategies.
• Familiarity with sales technology adoption and CRM systems for managing client relationships efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively.
• Organizational skills essential for managing multiple clients, administrative tasks, and property details simultaneously.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and industry trends that influence leasing practices.
• Experience in marketing properties using digital tools and traditional outreach methods to maximize visibility.

Pay: $35.08 - $47.21 per hour

Expected hours: 60.0 – 67.0 per week
