Leasing Agent (Part Time)

Duties:

• Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property, amenities, and leasing terms.
• Process rental applications and perform background checks on applicants.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Collect security deposits and rental payments from tenants.
• Maintain organized and updated tenant files.
• Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections with tenants.

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of property management software is a plus.
• Must be available to work weekends.
