Ocean Towers Apartments is seeking a part-time weekend Leasing Agent to manage the daily operations directly related to leasing at our property in Huntington Beach. This position will have frequent contact with on-site property managers and property supervisors.

Responsibilities include:

• Marketing vacant and upcoming apartments, including website maintenance for vacancies posted on, Craigslist, etc.
• Preparation of unit availability report on a weekly basis
• Interface with on-site property managers to assure apartments are leased/re-leased promptly
• Provide prompt, detailed and accurate general status reports on all properties assigned
• Tracking and recording all daily prospect traffic through the compilation of all rental application forms and paperwork
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements include:

• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong client relations skills
• Ability to work independently as a project leader and as a team member
• Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Excellent time-management and general organization skills
• Neat, professional appearance
• Property management background a plus
• Yardi experience a strong plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
