Leasing Coordinator — Oakstone Property Group
Location: Greater Concord, NH | Remote work with local travel for showings

Oakstone Property Group is seeking a reliable, organized Leasing Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of 30+ rental units. This is a great opportunity for real estate agents or people entering the industry to gain hands-on experience managing the leasing process from initial inquiry through a signed lease.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospective tenants and schedule showings.
• Present and show available units, answer questions, and follow up with interested renters.
• Process applications, coordinate screening, and keep ownership informed.
• Help move approved applicants through lease signing.

Training and Growth

Training and support will be provided on using property management tools such as Buildium, presenting and showing units, and closing leases. For those interested, there are opportunities to grow within the organization and take on additional property management responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working independently and interacting with prospective tenants.
• Reliable transportation and availability for local showings, may include some evenings and weekends.
• Real estate or leasing experience is a plus.

Work Arrangement: Scheduling, follow-up, and application processing can be done remotely. Local travel is required for showings.

Compensation: Success-based fee equal to 75% of one month’s rent for each signed lease.
