Overview
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential units, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The Leasing Agent will play a key role in maintaining occupancy rates and promoting our properties' reputation for quality and service.

Duties

• Tenaciously reaching out/following up on prospective tenants through phone calls, email, and text.
• Market available units through various channels, including online listings and direct outreach
• Conduct property tours, highlighting features and answering prospective tenants’ questions
• Manage lease administration tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate tenant records
• Utilize property management software like Yardi, OneSite, or CMMS for data management and reporting
• Handle tenant inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
• Upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants to enhance occupancy and revenue

Requirements

• Proven experience in property leasing, property management, or real estate administrative roles
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with prospective tenants
• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Office experience including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and administrative tasks
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in recordkeeping and compliance documentation
• Professional appearance and communication skills suitable for representing the property brand
